A small guide to visit Dhanushkodi

How – Rameshwaram is connected via major towns of Tamilnadu and even Bangalore. Buses for Dhanushkodi run at regular intervals from the temple area. You’ll have to take a shared minibus for the ride further into the ghost town.

Stay – Rameshwaram has a lot of guest houses depending on your budget.

Points to Note – Rameshwaram is one of the hottest places in India. Keep sipping water, coconut water and badam milk to prevent dehydration and exhaustion.

People in Rameshwaram will tell you that without doing puja in main temple your visit will not be complete. Until unless you are highly religious only then you should pay your offerings in the temple.
